Duke HomeCare & Hospice invites you to participate in the annual Memorial Tile Ceremony. This year’s dedication will be held on May 26, 2022 at 6pm.
The ceremony will be conducted virtually (Zoom Meeting) due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the ongoing responsibility for appropriate social distancing.
Duke HomeCare & Hospice invites you to celebrate someone who is dear to you by inscribing a special message on a memorial ceramic tile which will be featured during our ceremony and sent to you to have in your home or place in a special outdoor setting. The program will be held on Zoom and includes music, readings and personal reflections of each loved one as we honor them during the ceremony.
We Love You, Dad,” “Beloved Mom” and “An Angel Among Us” are just a few of the beautiful words family members have chosen to commemorate their loved ones. Others have honored living family, friends and caregivers by inscribing their names on the brick or paver.
